The chocolate-cranberry oat bars of my last update are, in fact, for sale at The Muse. Minus the glaze, though – customer feedback said they didn’t need it. I have also done private orders for a healthier version (less sugar, whole-wheat flour), and a peanut butter version.
Another new product: carrot-raisin cookies. These are FAB. Carroty/raisiny/walnuty, with warm spices – ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The healthy stuff balances out the typical-cookie sugar content, in my opinion. Besides that, they’re fabulous.
I TRIED, unsuccessfully, to take over as Cupcake Baker when the former cupcake baker at The Muse quit. Although I wasn’t able to work something out with them, I have absolutely perfected my cupcake recipes, so if you want/need any – and you know you do! – call me.
I’ve got a new product in the works that I hope to debut in the next week or two.
